My story

Grace lives with her grandmother, Atima Anna Grace, in Kitegwan Village in Bukedea District. Her mother is Hellen Beatrice Adong. Grace has never met her father, and his family has not been willing to step in to help care for her. Her grandmother is elderly and unable to provide for Grace's schooling on her own. Grace has not yet started school. Both of them carry the uncertainty of what lies ahead. A sponsor changes what that future can hold.
