Our mission
IChooseYou Ministries was founded in 2008 by a mission team from Cypress Creek Church in Wimberley, Texas to give hope and a future to the street children of Mbale, Uganda. Our mission is two-fold:
Preach the Gospel
Firstly, to share with these children the hope of Christ, found in His Gospel. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matt. 6:33
Meet physical needs
Secondly, we want to care for their physical needs by giving them an education and necessities, like food, clothing, hygiene basics and healthcare, so that they may be equipped to be a light and witness, and serve in their communities.
